Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Is it a crop top or baby tee?
No. It is printed on a regular tee: Men (classic unisex fit), Women (semi-fitted with cap sleeves) or Kid (youth fit). The Y2K look comes from the design.

Can I change the words?
Yes. The name is up to ten letters and the line underneath is yours to write: “Pet Mom Club” is filled in, but “Cat Mom Era”, “Dog Mama” or anything short works. Clear it to hide it.

Can I put two pets in the heart?
Yes, up to three photos. The first photo is the big one on the right of the heart and the others sit beside it. You can drag and resize any pet in the preview.

Do the rhinestones really sparkle?
The shirt is printed flat, so the gems and glitter are part of the print, not real stones.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
