Shipping & Delivery

Production time

Every Hakhatu item is made to order, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Nothing is made until your personalization is set, so this step cannot be skipped.

• Blankets, hoodies and photo gifts — 3–5 business days.
• Personalized Hawaiian shirts — 1–4 business days. Each shirt is printed and sewn to order once your photos are in.

Delivery time

Transit is counted after production finishes, not from the day you order.

• United States — 5–10 business days after production.
• Rest of the world — 4–15 business days after production, depending on destination.

In unusual circumstances — customs backlogs, severe weather, carrier disruption, peak season — delivery can stretch to 20–25 business days. This is uncommon, but we would rather state it than surprise you.

Orders with Hawaiian shirts and other items

Hawaiian shirts are made in our apparel workshop, separately from blankets and other items. If your order has both, it can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. You still pay shipping once per order, and the free-shipping threshold applies to the whole order.

Shipping cost

• $5.99 per order, anywhere we ship.
• Free once your order subtotal reaches $99.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the discounted merchandise subtotal, before shipping and taxes.

International orders

The same rate applies worldwide. Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country, unless checkout states otherwise. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot estimate them in advance.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order ships. Carrier scans can take a day or two to appear — a number that has not moved in the first 48 hours is normal. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Email info@hakhatu.com as soon as you spot an error. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. We typically reply within 24–48 hours on business days. Email info@hakhatu.com.

Estimates, not guarantees

The ranges above are the ones we actually see. They are estimates. If your order falls outside them, we will tell you rather than wait for you to ask.
