How to personalize it

1. Upload one clear photo per pet, up to three pets. The preview removes the backgrounds.
2. Enter a name or names and your Valentine message. Clear the second line if you want only the name.

Photo tip: Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole face and both ears visible. Leave a little space around the head and avoid objects covering it. The heart clips the chest at its curved edge. Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Can I put more than one pet in the heart?
Yes. Add one to three photos, one pet per upload. The first upload is centered with one or three pets and sits on the right with two. Each photo can be moved and resized in the preview.

Which parts of the wording can I change?
The large script name accepts up to 14 characters, and the optional line accepts up to 24. They keep the capitalization you type. The small candies have fixed short messages; the lower-left candy repeats names of six characters or fewer in capitals and uses SWEET for longer or empty names.

How do the candy themes differ?
Candy Pink uses pink and lilac pastels, Classic Red uses cherry-red ribbon accents, Lavender Love uses lavender with pink candies, and Gold & Rose uses warm gold with rose accents. Every choice recolors the heart, bow and lettering together.

Can I use a cat photo or wear it beyond Valentine's Day?
Yes. Clear cat and other pet photos work too. The candy-heart print can be worn throughout the year, and the optional message can be changed or removed.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
