Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Is the sweater texture actual knit fabric?
No. This is a t-shirt with a printed sweater effect. The V stitches, Nordic patterns and pompom accents are part of the graphic.

How are multiple portraits arranged?
Add one to three photos, one person per photo. With three portraits the first upload is centered, and with two it sits on the right. Each photo can be dragged or resized in the live preview.

Can the name and greeting be changed?
Yes. The name or title accepts up to 14 characters, and the optional greeting accepts up to 24. Both are displayed in capitals. Clear the greeting field to remove that line.

Can I pick a different Christmas palette?
Yes. Choose Classic Red, Evergreen, Icy Blue or Candy Pink for the print. Shirt color is a separate choice; the preview shows the selected combination before you order.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo. Your photo is only uploaded when you add the shirt to your cart, and it is used to print your order.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
