How to personalize it

1. Upload one to three clear pet photos, one photo per pet. The background is removed automatically.
2. Enter a name or shared name and edit the small scroll text. Clear the small text to hide that scroll.
3. Choose tattoo ink colors, shirt color, fit and size. Check your live preview, then add to cart.

Photo tip: Choose a sharp close-up with both ears and the full face visible. Portraits sit in the upper heart, with the lower chest covered by the name scroll. Drag or resize each photo to refine its placement. If background removal misses a detail, turn it off for that photo and check the oval portrait preview.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Which parts can I personalize?
Add one to three photos, a name up to 12 characters and optional small text up to 24 characters. Names and small text appear in capitals; punctuation is retained.

Are the pets drawn as tattoos?
The portrait keeps the colors of your uploaded photo. The heart, roses, leaves, rays and scrolls use flat tattoo-style colors and bold outlines.

What ink colors can I choose?
Classic uses red, teal and mustard. Pink & Blue uses pink roses and blue leaves. Green & Gold uses green roses and gold details. Black & White changes the frame and decorations to grayscale; your pet photo keeps its original colors.

Can I add several pets or leave the small text blank?
Yes. Add up to three pets; the first photo is drawn in front of the others. A shared name can go on the main scroll. Clearing the small text removes the entire lower scroll.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
