Photo tip: Use a sharp photo with the whole head and ears visible, taken at your pet's eye level. The design shows the head and chest behind the pumpkins. Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

What changes with each season?
Pumpkin Patch adds a hanging maple-leaf garland and golden wheat. Spooky Night adds a full moon, bats, cobwebs and two carved pumpkins. Harvest Thanks adds a leaf wreath, wheat and acorns. Witchy adds purple hats, stars, a crescent and a broom. Hats appear when Remove background is on; turning it off omits the hat and keeps the portrait clear. The name lettering changes with the season too.

Can I use this for Thanksgiving?
Yes. Choose Harvest Thanks for the autumn wreath and wheat. It fills the small line with Thankful until you type your own words; clear the field to hide the line.

How many pets can I add?
Add one, two or three photos. With three pets, the first photo is in the center; with two, it is on the right. You can move and resize the pets in the preview.

Can I change the name and the small line?
Yes. The name supports up to fourteen characters and appears in uppercase. The optional line supports up to twenty-four characters. Long text is reduced to fit; short names are easier to read on a shirt.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Contiguous United States: about 5–9 business days after printing.
• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
