How to personalize it

1. Upload one clear photo per pet, up to three. The preview removes each photo background.
2. Enter the pet or team name, an optional athletics line and an established year; check the capital lettering in the preview.

Photo tip: Choose a bright, sharp photo with the entire head and ears visible and some chest below the chin. Each pet should stand apart from its background. The oval frame clips the lower body, so keep the face inside the patch when dragging or resizing. Switch off background removal for a soft oval photo if an edge is missed.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Can I use a cat photo?
Yes. Dogs, cats and other pets work with a clear head-and-chest photo. Add one pet per upload, with up to three uploads.

Which words can I change?
Edit the name up to 12 characters, the optional athletics line up to 24 characters and the year up to four characters. Both text lines are displayed in capitals. PROPERTY OF, ATHLETIC DEPT. and EST. stay part of the design.

What happens if I remove the athletics line?
Clear the optional line to hide it. The year row moves upward to keep the bottom of the design compact. If the year is blank, the year row and its stars and stripes are hidden.

Are the felt edge and stitches real?
They are part of the printed artwork. Double outlines, dashed stitch marks and layered block letters create the varsity patch look; this is not an embroidered or sewn-on patch.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
