Photo tip: Use a sharp, well-lit close-up with the complete head and ears visible. The color treatment simplifies the photo into four tones, so small details and dark shadows change. Leave room around wide ears. Drag and resize within each panel in the preview; copies of the same photo move together. Switch background removal off if needed for a soft oval portrait.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

How are the photos arranged?
One photo fills all four panels. With two photos, they alternate left and right. With three, panels use uploads 1, 2, 3 and 1 in reading order.

Will the print keep my pet's original colors?
No. Each panel converts the photo into four flat tones in the selected print colors. The live preview shows the resulting shading and outlines.

Can I change the name?
Yes. Use up to 14 characters for a name or short title. The design displays capitals and shrinks long names to fit. Clear the field to remove the name strip.

Can I move the repeated portraits separately?
Copies of each uploaded photo move and resize together. Position the photo in its first panel and the other copies follow; movement and enlargement are bounded to keep the head inside the panels.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

  • Contiguous United States: about 5–9 business days after printing.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.

  • Turn the shirt inside out and machine wash cold.
  • Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry.
  • No bleach and no fabric softener sheets.
  • Do not iron directly on the print; iron inside out if needed.
