How to personalize it

Photo tip: Use a sharp photo with the entire face and both ears visible. Head-and-chest photos work well in the arched window. Drag and resize each portrait while keeping its face inside the border. If background removal misses part of the pet, switch it off to use the soft oval portrait.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Is the artwork from a particular national park?
No. The arched mountain scene is an original park-poster-style landscape with layered peaks and pine trees; it does not depict a named park.

Can I include a cat or more than one pet?
Yes. Use one, two or three photos of dogs, cats or other pets. Each portrait has its own head position; the first photo appears in front when portraits overlap.

Which words and year can I change?
The name accepts up to 14 characters, the curved words up to 24, and the established year up to four. Lettering is shown in capitals. Clear the curved words or year to hide that element.

What changes between the landscape options?
Forest uses green tones, Alpine Blue uses blue tones, Desert Rust uses warm earth tones and Sunset Peak uses muted purple tones. All four keep the same arch, pet placement and lettering.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
