Every blanket is made to order, so it helps to pick the size and finish before you upload. Here is what each option actually gives you.

Fleece or Sherpa

Fleece has the same soft finish on both faces. It is lighter, easier to carry, and comfortable year round.

Sherpa keeps that printed face and backs it with thick, fluffy pile. It is warmer and noticeably heavier — the winter choice.

The print itself is identical on both. The difference is weight and warmth, not image quality.

Choosing a photo

A bright, sharp, front-on photo prints best. A dark or blurry photo stays dark and blurry when it is 60 inches wide — printing does not add detail that was never in the file.

Use the largest original file you have, not a screenshot or a copy saved from social media.
Front-on beats side-on. Faces near the centre of the frame crop best into the heart.
If your file is too small to reproduce well, we email you before we start rather than pressing ahead.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
Tumble dry low.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron the design.

The print is edge to edge in full colour and will not crack, peel or fade with normal washing.

Garment measurements, taken by hand by our production partner: allow up to 1 inch of difference. The shirts are cut loose in the classic Hawaiian way, and women's sizes use the same unisex cut as men's. Between two sizes? Take the smaller for a closer fit, or the larger for a roomier one.

If the shirt arrives damaged, in a size you did not order, or different from the photos you sent, tell us within 14 days and we replace or refund it at no cost.

Island Brews is an all-over drinks print in black and tan. Send a photo for each face, pet or logo you want on it, and we cut them out and set them into the pattern so they sit in the print like the rest of the design.

It suits bachelor parties and groomsmen, or any day you want a shirt nobody else owns.

How ordering works

Choose the fit (men's, women's or youth), your size and a collar style. Then pick how many photos go on the shirt and upload a clear, front-facing photo for each. We place them, print the shirt and send it once it is sewn.

What you get

Soft, breathable polyester with a dye sublimation print, so the colour is part of the fabric and will not crack or peel. Camp collar or point collar, with or without a chest pocket. Point collar shirts cost a little more because they use a heavier premium fabric and a stand-up collar stiffened with an interlining layer. Measurements are in the size guide, and the fabric details are under Specifications.

Screens and fabric never match exactly, so the printed colours can look a little different from the photos.

Each shirt is printed and sewn after you order, which takes 3–5 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

United States: 5–18 business days after printing.

Bad weather, carrier delays or peak season can occasionally stretch delivery to 25–30 business days. If your order also has blankets or other items, the shirts may come in their own parcel with a separate tracking number.

Shipping is $5.99 per order, free from $99. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us. The full terms are on the shipping page.

The design is dyed into the fabric, so there is no print layer to crack or peel.
