Photo tip: Choose a photo where the face is clear and fairly close up: it is shown from the head and chest, among the clouds. A photo with good light and a plain background cuts out most cleanly. If a cutout misses a spot, turn Remove background off for that photo.

Can I change the words?
Yes. The line under the name is yours to write: “Forever in our hearts” is filled in, but you can type “Until we meet again”, your own words, or clear it. The dates are optional and printed exactly as you type them.

Can I add more than one person?
Yes, up to five photos. Each person gets their own halo, and the first photo is the large one in the middle.

Is it suitable as a gift for someone who is grieving?

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo. Your photo is only uploaded when you add the shirt to your cart, and it is used to print your order.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
