How to personalize it

Photo tip: A clear photo with the face fully visible and good light cuts out best; head and shoulders work well because each person is shown from the chest up. Use one person per photo rather than a group photo, so you can move each person separately. People who stand out from the background give the cleanest edges. If a cutout misses a spot, turn Remove background off for that photo.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

How many faces can I add?
From one to five photos. The first photo is the big face in the middle and the others are arranged around it. You can drag, resize and reorder them in the preview.

Can I use a group photo?
One person per photo works best. A group in one photo may be kept as one cutout, so you cannot move each face separately.

Do full-body photos work?
Yes. The shirt crops each cut-out photo to the head and chest. A clear close-up gives you the most detail.

Can we get matching crew shirts?
Yes. Add one shirt per person to your cart with the same photos and words, and choose a fit and size for each one. The design uses your photos and words, with no artist or brand logos.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo. Your photo is only uploaded when you add the shirt to your cart, and it is used to print your order.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
