How to personalize it

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Does everyone get a Santa hat?
Yes. After the cutout, a Santa hat is placed on top of each head automatically. You can switch the hats off under Santa hats, and you can drag and resize any photo in the preview.

How many people can I add?
From one to five photos. The first photo is the big one in the middle, the others are arranged around it. You can drag, resize and reorder them in the preview.

How early should I order for Christmas?
Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days and standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season), so order early in December at the latest.

Can we get matching shirts for the family?
Yes. Add one shirt per person to your cart, each with its own photos and name, and pick a fit and size for each one.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo. Your photo is only uploaded when you add the shirt to your cart, and it is used to print your order.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
