Turn your favorite photo of your dog or cat into a hand-drawn pencil portrait on a soft cotton tee. Upload a photo and our AI artist sketches your pet in black graphite lines, with fine hatching in the fur and the chest fading out into loose strokes, in about 20 seconds. Then add their name in handwritten marker lettering and watch the whole design appear live on the shirt before you order.

Why you’ll love it

  • A pencil-sketch portrait drawn from your own pet photo in about 20 seconds, with fine fur hatching and soft shading
  • Your pet's name in marker, signature or bold marker lettering, plus an optional line such as “My best friend” or “Est. 2021”
  • Men, Women and Kid fits in light shirt colors, with a live preview of the sketch on each color
  • A gift that is more personal than a name on a mug: for dog moms, cat dads and anyone whose pet is family

How to personalize it

  1. Add a clear photo of your pet. Our artist draws it as a pencil sketch in about 20 seconds.
  2. Type your pet's name and, if you like, a line to go underneath.
  3. Pick a fit (Men, Women or Kid), shirt color, lettering style and size, check the live preview, then add to cart.

Photo tip: Use a sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible, ideally looking toward the camera. A close-up gives the most detail, and one pet per photo gives the best drawing: if several pets are in the photo, the artist draws the main one.

Shirt details

  • Black ink print on light shirts: White and Sport Grey in every fit, Sand in Men and Kid, Natural in Men. The print is sized to suit the shirt: women's, kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print (open the Size guide next to the size options)
  • Made to order and printed in the USA
  • Wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, do not iron on the print

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Is the sketch really hand-drawn?
It is drawn for you by an AI artist from your photo, in a pencil-sketch style, and then printed on the shirt. You see the drawing before you order, and it is printed the way you see it.

How long does the drawing take?
About 20 seconds. If you use the same photo again, the same drawing appears instantly.

Can I try another photo?
Yes, tap Change photo. To keep the drawing service available for everyone, each person can make a limited number of new drawings per day, so start with your favorite photos.

Can I put more than one pet on a shirt?
Each shirt shows one pet, drawn from one photo. If your photo has several pets, the artist draws the main one. For a family of pets, order one shirt per pet.

Why only light shirt colors?
The sketch is printed in black ink, which shows best on light fabric. White and Sport Grey come in every fit. Sand and Natural depend on the blank shirt: Sand is made in Men and Kid, Natural in Men.

What happens to my photo?
Your photo is sent securely to our drawing service to make the sketch, and it is kept with your order so we can print it and help you if something looks wrong.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

  • Contiguous United States: about 5–9 business days after printing.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

Shipping is $5.99 per order, free from $99. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us. The full terms are on the shipping page.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.

  • Turn the shirt inside out and machine wash cold.
  • Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry.
  • No bleach and no fabric softener sheets.
  • Do not iron directly on the print; iron inside out if needed.
