Photo tip: A clear, close-up photo with your pet's face fully visible cuts out best, and the badge shows the head and chest. Pets that stand out from the background (a dark dog on a light floor, say) give the cleanest edges. If a cutout misses a spot, turn Remove background off for that photo.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Can I change the words on the badge?
Yes. The name goes on the ribbon, the top line is yours to write (“Official Good Boy” is filled in, but “Treat Dealer” or “Chief Snuggler” work too) and the bottom line shows “EST.” and the year you type. Clear the top line or the year to hide it.

What does Est. mean?
It is short for established. Most people use the year their pet came home, or was born.

Can I put more than one pet in the badge?
Yes, up to three photos. The first photo is the big one in the middle and the others sit on either side.

Is it a worn-in vintage print?
The print has a light worn texture to give it a retro feel. It is printed on a new shirt, not a pre-washed one.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

• Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.

The design is printed on the shirt with a full-color transfer that is made to last.
