How to personalize it

Photo tip: Use a sharp photo that includes the whole head and both ears. Choose even lighting and keep objects away from the face. The oval shows the heads and upper chest; drag or resize photos in the live preview. If background removal misses an edge, switch it off for a soft oval portrait.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Is this a knitted sweater?
It is a t-shirt with a printed knit-style graphic. The stitches, Nordic bands and pompoms are illustrations, rather than knitted fabric or attached yarn.

Can I use cat photos too?
Yes. Use dog, cat or other pet photos with the whole head visible. Add one to three photos; the first upload is centered with three pets and sits on the right with two.

Can I change MERRY WOOFMAS?
Yes. Enter your own greeting up to 24 characters or clear it to hide the line. The name or title allows up to 14 characters. Both fields display in capitals.

What do the four colorways change?
Classic Red, Evergreen, Icy Blue and Candy Pink recolor the sweater panel, Nordic bands and portrait window. The shirt color is a separate choice, and the live preview shows both.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
