Photo tip: Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole head and both ears visible, and leave space above the ears. A head-and-chest view works well. Drag and resize each portrait in the preview to check the cowboy hat placement. If background removal misses an area, turn it off for that photo and preview the soft oval portrait.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

What changes between the three western styles?
Wanted uses an opaque aged parchment panel with WANTED at the top. Rodeo Star uses a large gold star, rope arc and fringed name banner. Desert Sunset uses a warm sun disc, layered mesas and cactus silhouettes behind the pets.

Can I change REWARD: TREATS?
Yes. Replace the optional line with up to 24 characters or clear it to hide the line. The name allows up to 14 characters. Both fields appear in capitals.

Will every pet wear a cowboy hat?
Yes. A drawn cowboy hat is placed above each portrait using the head position. Check the preview after dragging or resizing, especially for pets with tall ears or photos with an existing hat.

Can I include more than one pet or use a cat photo?
You can add one to three pets, including cats and dogs. The first photo is drawn in front; with three pets it sits in the middle. A shared posse name can replace an individual pet name.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. Choose Men (classic unisex fit, S to 5XL), Women (semi-fitted, S to 3XL) or Kid (youth fit, XS to XL) at the top of the page. The print is sized to suit the shirt, so kid and small sizes get a proportionally smaller print.

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

  • Contiguous United States: about 5–9 business days after printing.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: this shirt does not ship there yet.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
