How to personalize it

1. Upload one clear photo per pet, using one to three photos. The backgrounds are removed automatically.
2. Add a name of up to fourteen characters and an optional line of up to twenty-four characters.
3. Choose ribbon colors, shirt color, fit and size. Check the portrait and lettering in the live preview, then add to cart.

Photo tip: Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the entire face and both ears visible. The cameo shows your pet's head and upper chest; the lower chest fades into the cream panel. Drag or resize the portrait to refine its placement. If background removal misses part of the pet, turn it off for that photo and check the soft oval portrait in the preview.

Production and shipping

Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes about 1–3 business days, then standard shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 5–9 business days (longer in peak season). This shirt does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.

Questions

Are the bows and pearls attached to the shirt?
They are part of the printed design. The satin shading, pearls and lace are artwork, with no attached ribbons or beads.

Can I use this design for a cat?
Yes. Use a clear cat, dog or other pet photo with the full face and ears visible. You can include one to three pet photos.

Can I change Mama's Girl?
Yes. Write up to twenty-four characters for the line below the name. It appears in spaced capitals. Clear the field to remove that line.

What changes with the ribbon color?
The bows, frame accents, hearts and script ink change together. The cameo stays cream in all four colorways, including on light pink shirts.

Do you really remove the background for me?
Yes. The cutout happens in your browser as soon as you add a photo, and you see the result in the live preview. You can turn it off for any photo.

Do you have women's and kids' sizes?

Which size should I order?
Open the Size guide next to the size options: it highlights your fit and size, and the size chart is also in the product photos. Measurements are the garment laid flat, give or take 1 inch. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo. If it looks clear in the live preview, it will print clear. Photos smaller than about 900 pixels on the short side can look soft.

Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You see a live preview of your photo and words on the shirt before you order, and the design is printed the way you see it.

Each shirt is printed after you order, which takes about 1–3 business days. Nothing sits in stock.

Peak season or weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order also has other items, they may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
